Actually, I was a photo double for a guest star on CSI: Miami, a guy by the name of Tug Coker. It was a fun gig, they have a cool crew over there at Raleigh Manhattan Beach Studios. They were filming “Iron Man 2” on that lot also, so I got to check out all the cityscape models they were building for that! Good times!!
2) So, is it you are too TALL for most parts,Or your your hair is too RED ?
I think your “look” or “casting” can help or hurt you, depending on the role you’re looking at, but in the end the helping and the hurting mostly cancel each other out. The biggest thing in Hollywood is who you know, persistence, skill, and to a certain degree luck. One thing I’ve done to help my career is to get involved in creating projects for myself and my friends, I think that’s where I’ll end up having the greatest initial success. After you enter the Studio / Indie-Studio system, that’s when your role choices start to have a great impact on your overall career.
3) Wanna explain ‘Zombies and A**holes’ , the movie ?
Think “Sean Of the Dead” & “Zombieland” meet Quentin Tarantino! “Zombies & Assholes” is a short comedy about a group of Assholes who get tangled up with a bunch of Zombies, and it becomes a race to see who the biggest Asshole is, because the “good guy” is definitely SCREWED!!!

4) One sentence descriptions –David Caruso_________
Sometimes “difficult” Star of CSI: Miami, did a great movie called “Jade” back in ’95, I loved it.
Erin Marie Hogan___________
Indie horror Princess, from my hometown – St. Louis – a sexy, funny & smart zombie killer!
Superbad-Knocked Up-Funny-Green Hornet-People, with a slice of Pineapple Express à la mode.
The funniest girl I know, and sassy, and in your face, and I love her to death, the co-writer-producer of “Zombies & Assholes”, she is the ONE – back off Keanu, you heard me right! (And by the “ONE”, I do mean she will bend reality to her ends and free us all from the Matrix!)
My sworn enemy on this Earth, her evil defies description! But she is a good mother.
5) BEST of “Big S” ON/OFF set ?
Nick names, so soon?? I’m down C Mac, Big S it is then! 😉
ON: I utilize the skill sets of my cast and crew, and allow them to bring their best game to the film. OFF: I care about people and am willing to help where I can.
6) WORST of “Big S” ON/OFF set ?
ON: Sometimes I ask more than people feel they can give. OFF: Sometimes I cross the line from funny to just plain wrong!
7) Okay, So you’re known for your acting, How did you get the directing gig
for ‘Z & A’, Sleep with someone ? Bribe someone ? Well, Explain the opportunity ???
Bribes are always helpful, but this came from working with Samantha Kern on a USC short film. We had fun on set and she invited me to work with her and a group of her friends from her acting class. Sam liked some of the directing I did with that group and when she found the script for “Zombies & Assholes”, she asked if I’d like to direct it. Since then, the project has grown in scope and scale considerably, it’s an exciting and challenging process that I’m enjoying thoroughly.
8)Under special skills on your resume…It says ‘Swallow a handful of vitamins…WTF ?
Didn’t your mom ever tell you to take your vitamins?!? Mine did!!
9) What is next for Sean, After “Zombies and A**Holes” ?
My Uncle Bob LoGrasso wants me to direct a music video for his band “Blind Date”. They have a song they dedicated to honor the US troops fighting overseas called “Momma” and they want to make the video and song available to our military for free download. I’m already talking with Sam to try to get her to be my producer on it. Sam also has some ideas for other projects and I have a YouTube channel: “VCP Productions” – I make short films with friends and family.

10) This is “Big S” turn to leave a ‘nugget of knowledge’ for your fans…
Have a dream! Go out there, chase that bad boy down and make it yours! If you feel like you don’t have a dream, take a trip down memory lane and remember yourself as a kid. I’m pretty sure you’ll find a whole stack of dreams just waiting there for you, probably right next to your old comics, or that model ship you spent weeks building. That’s the stuff people, that’s the stuff!
