The shoot was challenging, but was one of the best times I’ve ever had. We had a crew that, for the most part, was 100% behind the project and giving it their blood and sweat. Not just guns-for-hire looking for their next gig, but people devoted to giving it their best.

John did an amazing job, not only playing Barlow, but in nearly single-handedly producing the entire film himself. He wrangled an amazing crew and oversaw the production on some of the finest sets I’ve seen. The production value he delivered within our modest budget is unbelievable.
John McGarr was more than “a star in my film”, he was my brother and best friend and frankly, I was surprised at how you phrased the question. If my initial answers are boring, I totally understand you not running the interview. I’m not one for the spotlight anyway.
